JH Sayyar's Sonnets

My heart: My life clock counts my sullen days,
Heart beat clicking lessens days, months and years
No one to count beats I do to the Maker praise,
How our heart changes anon pleasure into tears,
No mistake like men clock it makes in count,
No hour strike, no stop and no handle to control,
It records in second men’s whole life account.
No stop in men’ life it is plying its might role,
Of every second life clock keeps our record,
Of deeds of day and night thoughts in crowd,
Common eye see not but watching more hard,
Taking the record goes with a pure white shroud,

Life secret lies in life clock and its musical beat,
As the diamond luster lies in the coal mine peat.
