JH Sayyar's Sonnets

438
Once sitting I fell in a fit and went into trance
I roamed in the streets and bazaars where I played
With the help of Muse wings I saw all in a glance,
Sitting in the lonely lawn I met an old cute maid
All alone in loneliness living with sole solitude,
I saw here and there nothing but some fallen trees
Birds and beats, men and women all were mute
The sun rises looking at it my soul does freeze
All change time and space remains the same
The images stored in our memories never fade
Time:  an untamed horse, more tough to tame
Time through four elements earth easily wade

Time leaves images behind on our mind screen
Time steals youth and age but in mind still green
